Class Pack Policy
Classes may be canceled or rescheduled if a minimum of 3 hours’ notice is given.
No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded, transferred, or extended.
This policy applies to both introductory offers and class packs.
Class packs have a set duration and validity period and must be used within that time.
Membership Policy
All memberships require a minimum of 3 hours’ notice for no-shows or late cancellations; failure to do so will incur an additional charge of $10.
All classes are strictly non-transferable.
Membership agreements to cancel must be provided in writing, and memberships cannot be suspended or canceled before the minimum commitment period.
Arrival Policy
Arrivals later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time cannot be accommodated, due to safety considerations.
Please arrive on time to avoid having to rebook. No refunds will be issued if you are asked to rebook.
Waitlist
Policy
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.
You will be notified via SMS if a spot becomes available, and you will have the option to accept the offer.
When booking, please treat it as a confirmed reservation. If you decide not to attend, kindly remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others the opportunity.
